Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the supply of all goods sold by IWL Limited t/a SupplyMe to the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the company.

Prices, Specifications and Policies

All prices shown on the website exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless the inclusive toggle is clicked top right of each web page. GST is added and shown in the shopping cart and at checkout. SupplyMe reserves the right to update prices, specifications and policies at any time without notice. We put a lot of time in to ensure the prices and specifications of our product are as accurate and as up to date as possible. However, given the nature of the goods we supply, the availability, price or specifications of goods can change rapidly. We therefore accept no liability should any of the goods be unavailable or if prices or specifications differ from those presented on this web site.

Credit Card Payments

SupplyMe accepts Visa and Mastercards only and we do not apply any surcharges for credit card payments.

Please be aware that your credit card is billed at the time your order is placed using a secure online system and SupplyMe does not retain credit card details. This is to protect your security and privacy. As a result of this, if we cannot fulfil your order, or some items cannot be shipped, we will refund the difference back to your credit card. These refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Back Orders

SupplyMe carries large inventories to ensure quick dispatch of your orders but from time to time available stock does fluctuate and goes to back order. If items do go to back order SupplyMe will endeavour to notify you ASAP but be aware that items coming back into stock over 2-3 days from your order may automatically be dispatched.

Freight and Delivery

Delivery is free for all general orders over $65 + GST. For general orders under $65 + GST there is a $6.50 + GST freight charge. Please note that freight may be charged for bulky items, hazardous goods, some furniture products and some custom made orders. We charge freight at cost and will always ask for approval before billing bulk freight. 

Overseas orders are charged freight based on actual cost.

SupplyMe prides itself on delivering goods to you as fast as possible but it cannot be responsible for any loss whatsoever sustained by the customer for delay in delivery. All items are sent by courier unless otherwise stated. Dates given for shipment or delivery are for guideline purposes only but are not to be treated as a condition of sale.

SupplyMe endeavours to provide 1 -3 day delivery on all orders placed by 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Rural and provincial deliveries may take a day or 2 longer.

Orders placed during weekend hours and public holidays will be processed the following working day.

Delivery times may vary in the event of a pandemic outbreak and or natural disasters / weather event that can affect courier systems and business operations. Your patience around these circumstances is appreciated as they are outside our control.

SupplyMe offers full track and trace services on all of its shipments on request.

Any claims for shortages, damages or any discrepancies must be advised by email to [email protected] within 7 days after receipt of goods.

Return and Credit Policy

SupplyMe will accept the return of goods for credit or refund for any product that is returned unopened and in original resaleable condition within 14 days - except for food and beverage products, hygiene products, special order or custom made products, first aid, assembled furniture that was shipped flat packed and disposable PPE. These exempt items may not be returned.

Please note that returns will only be accepted if accompanied by a valid SupplyMe RA number. To obtain a RA number please contact customer services on 09 523 4657 or email [email protected].

All returns must be in resaleable condition and unopened with no writing, labels or damage to the outer packaging. Please ensure that when returning products to SupplyMe that you package the returning goods inside an outer box or wrap with suitable packaging material to ensure no damage to the goods. Do not write on or apply courier labels or tape to the original packaging as we may not be able to resell or issue a credit.

A restocking fee may apply for goods being returned.

Delivery charges will not be refunded and in some instances you may be charged for collection.  

Risk and Ownership of the Goods

Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the customer or to the address specified by the customer. If a carrier is used to effect delivery, delivery to the carrier shall constitute delivery to the customer, and all claims for goods damaged in transit shall be made to the carrier immediately after the delivery of the goods to the customer.

Pending cleared payment in full of all monies due under this contract or in respect of any other monies owed by you to SupplyMe the goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of SupplyMe as legal and equitable owner.

You agree that you will upon demand pay all of SupplyMe's expenses and legal costs in the collection of all overdue monies. SupplyMe reserves the right to charge 2% interest per month on any overdue monies.

The risk of goods being returned for credit shall remain with the customer until received by SupplyMe.

Warranty

We supply products made by various manufacturers. The warranty of the product will be subject to the guarantee policy of the manufacturer, and any claims must be in accordance with the terms of such warranties.

Trustpilot 

IWL Limited ("SupplyMe") uses Trustpilot solely as a professional review service for our performance at customer level. Trustpilot has quite stringent protocols for privacy, which is why we have partnered with them for reviews. Trustpilot's Privacy Policy can be found here

By ordering off the www.supplyme.co.nz website, you agree to receive a SupplyMe service review email and a product review email from Trustpilot for these reviews and for Trustpilot to set up a review account for you.

There is no problem in unsubscribing from the Trustpilot review emails that you get by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the Trustpilot review email. This will then delete you from the Trustpilot system. When you click on the Unsubscribe link you'll have two options — unsubscribe from future review invitations from the specific business, i.e. SupplyMe, that sent you the invitation, or block review invitations from all businesses using Trustpilot. If you've clicked the Unsubscribe link in an email by mistake and want to opt back in immediately, click the Resubscribe button in the onscreen confirmation message.
